Dustin Emerling, CFP®

Dustin started his career in 2013 working side by side with Paul Barone, an advisor with over 40 years of experience in the industry, learning the business and achieving his securities licenses; Series 6, 7, 24, and 63. He also has his Life, Accident & Health license. With a focus on financial planning, one of his favorite aspects of his line of work is helping to guide customers in the right direction and seeing success as a result.

He is also a proud partner of Emerling, Floss Murphy & Associates, an independent insurance agency with 40+ insurance professionals. The agency specializes in both personal and business insurance, as well as employee benefits. Named ‘Best Places to Work’, by Buffalo Business First, four years in a row.

Dustin graduated from Niagara University with a BS in Business management. He is a Clarence Toastmasters member and Secretary for the Clarence High School NAF- Academy of Business & Finance Advisory Board. In 2024, he completed the University at Buffalo CEL Core program.

He resides in Clarence with his wife, Jessica, his son, Derek, and his dog, Jax. Dustin loves attending Buffalo Bills games and spending time with his friends and family outside of work.
